| Content | Coconut flour is a gluten-free flour extracted from coconuts. Our coconut flour is made premium through the mode of extraction to ensure the colour is pure white and made solely from coconuts. We ensure the nutrients of the coconuts are not lost through the production process. Coconut flour is one of the healthiest flours and can be used by the whole family.
It is NAFDAC approved and can be used for gluten-free baking and swallows. As with all healthy flours, you need a binder to use this flour.
