We ship worldwide with DHL Express from Ghana.Shipping cost are determined depending on the order (quantity of products, weight and value).
* In case of need of the ‘Country of Origin’ certificate, please inform when the order is placed so we have time to issue it properly.
LEAD TIME
All our products are handmade by artisans in different parts in Ghana. It can happen that some of our products have to be made especially for you when the order is placed.
For this reason, please allow at least 30 - 40 days from the time of your order is been accepted for completion of items. Larger orders may require more time; please contact us for information about availability and time deadlines.
* BASKET ORDERS NOTE: In an effort to keep shipping costs more affordable, we ship our baskets flattened. This does not hurt the baskets in any way as they are very durable and flexible. Along with your package, you will find a document titled ‘How to wet your basket.’ This will provide you step by step instructions to easily reshape your basket in minutes. Watch video here.
AKETEKETE pieces are handmade products in which variation in colors, patterns and sizes can be expected. AKETEKETE does not accept any return because of these irregularities.
However, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can contact us within the 7 days after delivering quoting invoice number and reasons. If accepted, you may return the goods, unused and undamaged with the same label and box to the returning address we would provide you. The return postage must be paid by the customer.
Please email us at info@aketekete.com with details of the products prior to returning it.
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Aketekete at info@aketekete.com within 7 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 10 days after receipt.
