Shipping Policy
- We deliver worldwide and nationwide to all the 36 states in Nigeria including the Federal Capital Territory.
- Please note that all orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered on business days only, i.e. Mondays - Fridays, excluding public holidays within Nigeria.
- Delivery may take up to 3 -5 working days depending on your location (Note that you will receive a call from our dispatch on the day of delivery).
- Home delivery is made via DHL and EMS.
- All orders can be tracked as we will send you a tracking number
- Pick up at the Park delivery is made via delivery to the nearest park to your location via commercial vehicle transport.
- We offer free delivery within Ibadan but delivery outside Ibadan attracts a delivery fee of N1000
- Delivery to South West states via home delivery attracts a delivery fee of N2500
- Delivery to South West states via pick up at the park delivery attracts a delivery fee of N1000
- Delivery outside southwest states via home delivery attracts a delivery fee of N4000
- Delivery outside southwest states via pick up at the park delivery attracts a delivery fee of N2000

Refund Policy
- Please note that we always ensure that items sold are in perfect condition before leaving out stores, hence we may not allow products to be returned once purchased and in the rare case of products being damaged during delivery, you are to immediately contact our customer care department on +234 802 3451 100 or email info@datinadesigns-tibile.com.ng within 48 hours after delivery.
- Be rest assured that we will work with you to replace the product as fast as we can and once we are able to get a replacement, we will send it to you at no charge and will ask you to return the damaged/defective item to us using our free return service, but note that such products must have the original tags still attached and for customers in locations served by DHL, please note that we will be happy to refund the shipping cost of the return upon validation of any claim.
